Second round results

The top 5 finalists have been announced! Look under the Winner's tab to see results. They will all perform at 6:30 Saturday, July 4 at Pops on the River at the Riverfest Amphitheater. Each will sing a patriotic song for the judges and the audience and the combined score will determine the winner. The winner will sing the national anthem that evening and will receive $1,000 cash.

How does it work?

In May we asked Arkansans to submit their entries and now we have our top 10 picks from the public and judge's votes. These finalists still need your vote. Every day, every registered user can vote up to 10 times. Vote for just one person 10 different times or spread the love around to several favorites. The top 10 can be voted on from June 9 to June 14. The public votes will be combined with the judge's scores to determine the top five who will perform a patriotic song on July 4 at Pops on the River at the Riverfest Amphitheater. Each contestant will be asked to perform a patriotic song, chosen from a pre-selected mix of songs. The winners among these five contestants will be chosen by the audience response and the judging panel. So friends, families and neighbors will be needed to cheer on the winning artist. The winner will receive $1,000 and will perform the national anthem later that evening before the Arkansas Symphony performs. The second place will receive $500 and the third place winner receives $250.

Can I still vote if the contest has already started?

Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.

Can I vote more than once?

Yes. Registered users with a valid email may cast 10 votes per day. Come back every day to cast votes for your 10 favorite entries. Vote for the same person multiple times or spread your votes around.

Are there prizes?

The winner receives $1,000 cash. Second $500. Third $250.
