Congratulations to Kayla Walker who is our Raise Your Voice contest winner! She will perform on Saturday, October 24 at 5:00 p.m. at Central Arkansas Cityfest Luis Palau in North Little Rock. Kayla will join national acts such as Truby, Anthony Evans, Craig Morgan and TobyMac at the first Cityfest in Arkansas.
